We have recently upgraded our heldpesk to serve you better. This upgrade adds support for opening tickets by sending emails directly to support@ldev.com. You can also reply to our emails, which will update your helpdesk tickets accordingly. You can still submit, read, and reply to tickets using this helpdesk webpage as you are accustomed to.
