having a rule for a quantity equal to or greater then 0 will do nothing, as that is all the time, now im not sure why it is not charging shipping, is there a free shipping rule that is greater that priority is greater then 3?
from what i can see it should work,
i just went to your site and seems to be correct based on dollars, but from what you have wont have any effect on the case as you have equal to or greater then 0 which it will always be
Well - it turns out that a special script has to be written for this - and can be done.
I used to have the free shipping feature in my previous shopping cart/site template....that took just that item out of the equation so only it would get free shipping and not the entire order (if shipping was required for other parts of the order). So - the guy at Lightwave Builders is writing the script for my web developer - who's going to put it in my site/cart .... and that will fix the issue.
