Product Options - Set Price

In the SquirrelCart Features page, it shows that "Options can also set the price of an item"

How can this be done? It is only giving me the option to Increase or decrease the cost of the item.

How do I set the new price?

Set the base price of the item to 0.00, and check "Hide Base Price" on the product's record.
