Can't add rule or condition

Well, 99% of the way there. I've migrated to the yahoo secure server, got the SSL certificate clear now, and have payjunction working. However, since moving to the secure site, I can not add rules. When I click add rule or add condition, I just get the spinning wheel and the rule never comes up. Any ideas what might be going on?
