Ever since I upgraded to 3.4 I can't access the review module from the admin area. I get this error message: Error: Query for rn#38 not found!
Fortunately, it seems that all the approved reviews are still in the storefront. Please advise.

Error message: Error: Query for rn#39 not found!
That will have happened if you upgraded on the day that v3.4.0 was released, 10/31 - or if you downloaded it on that day and upgraded at a later date.
