I had my cart previously set up to offer free shipping on orders over $175. However, in the last 2 days I have orders come in that shipping was charged. So - I don't know how many customers have attempted orders, seen shipping applied and then just deleted their orders. I don't know why the rule suddenly disappeared.

I've now had to refund 2 customers their shipping charges - 1 who was very irate till they realized I'd already refunded the amount in question - before them contacting me (they'd not read their email yet to now that I'd refunded the shipping costs).

So - what I'm trying to do is this - and if I can place this in 1 rule - it would be very helpful.

I want to have free shipping on 1 product that I carry - no matter what http://drydiapersplus.com/store.php/...bsorbent-brief - but only when they order the case (not the bag). I have set up a rule that says 'free shipping' for that product.

If that product is included in the total order of someones order who has other products, and their total of the other products does not come to $175 (even if it does with the free shipped product) - I want a base price of $12.99 added to the order.

For all orders less than $175 - I also want a flat shipping rate of $12.99

However, the way I have it set up now - when someone has ordered the free shipped product, with other products, they have 3 different options to choose from - one is free shipping, one is $12.99 and then one is the current USPS rate. I don't want those choices made available to them - I just want the shipping added on without their input.

How do I do that?

I can send screen shots if you want them if it will help explain my question - because I have more than 1 question here dealing with the same issue...
