Erased Admin account by accident - YIKES!

Hello,
Anybody know how to recreate the admin account without going through the admin panel (i.e. perhaps through php myadmin or one of the squirrelcart files?)

I accidentally erased our customer admin account and can't access the admin panel now.

I tried the default (admin, password) but this did not work.
