Has anyone dealt with UPS in returning published rates vs negotiated (discount) rates? My company is wanting to display published shipping rates to US customers, but negotiated rates to international customers. Our UPS rep doesn't seem to think that will work (we're still waiting to talk to their tech support). He says the RTR will either return published rates or both. If they return both rates, can we somehow parse the return xml to Squirrelcart and assign the rates to the proper customer? I'm just trying to get more information from others out there that may have somehow customized their UPS account. Thanks in advanced!!!
