We have just started trying to add shipping to our store items. I have enabled USPS and UPS rates and they seem to be working as long as there is only 1 item in the cart. However, if someone purchases more than one of item "a" and then adds 1 of item "b" to the cart the rate does not adjust for the additional weight. It seems to only pick-up the weight of one of each of the items. Any suggestions from anyone? Thanks!
If you open a helpdesk ticket, and provide detailed information explaining exactly what is being added to the cart and the address info you entered during checkout, we can look into it for you.
