Where do I get these? I looked in the admin area of Amazon and I didn't see anything worded this way. I only see a a merchant token.

I'm assuming this is for Amazon Simple Pay? They changed their control panel screens making this info difficult to locate by the old documentation. The new documentation for this that will be released alongside v3.4.0 is below. If you follow this, it should point you to it:

What is the main difference between amazon simple and checkout by amazon?

Does checkout by amazon have the person use the amazon shopping cart to check out?

Does the simple option allow the customer to use their existing amazon info to pay?

Both services allow the customer to pay using their Amazon account. Amazon Simple Pay is a payment method. Checkout by Amazon is a checkout replacement. I personally would recommend Simple Pay over Checkout by Amazon.

Personally, what do you recommend?

I wouldn't necessarily recommend using either one, as I don't have any experience with either as a seller. If you want to use one and need advice on which one, I would recommend Simple Pay as that will allow the customer to checkout using Squirrelcart.
