I would recommend reading through the Customizing section of our documentation, starting with this page:
    http://www.squirrelcart.com/help/?Ho...e%20Guide.html

That page explains how to change the logo. You can also do this:

    1. Connect via FTP to your server

    2. Look in squirrelcart/themes/ and see if you see any folders other than squirrelcart

    3. If you don't have any other theme folders, create one named custom or name it after your domain name. Use lowercase, with no spaces.

    4. Inside squrrelcart/themes/custom , create a folder named images

    5. Download all the style*.css.php files from squirrelcart/themes/squirrelcart/ to a folder on your computer

    6. Upload those same files to squirrelcart/themes/custom/

    7. Save your logo image as store_logo.png (or .gif, or .jpg)

    8. Upload your logo to squirrelcart/themes/custom/images/

    9. In the control panel, click Settings > Themes

    10. Click check for new theme

    11. You will be prompted to install your theme. Say yes (or continue/ok)

    12. Your theme will now appear in the theme fields at the top right of the themes table. Set Default Theme to your new theme

    13. If Your Theme is not set to the same value as Default Theme , change that as well.

This is a long process, but you only need to do it once. This will get you setup so that you can modify any theme file via your custom theme, including other images and template files. This process is explained in more detail in the Customizing section of our documentation.
