Getting "Unable to find certificate file" error

    Hi,
I'm working with a new install and having a problem getting a transaction to work.
I keep getting an "Unable to find certificate file" error. I'm using First Data as a gateway. I downloaded the certificate from my account with FD and uploaded it to my server a level above the web root. According to the SQ documentation, a path doesn't need to be entered for the .pem file unless it is put into a custom directory. So I tried running a transaction with no path entered for the .pem file. Got the error. I tried entering the full server path with back slashes. Got the error and found that the backslashes were stripped from the path when I returned to the gateway setup. I tried entering the full server path with forward slashes. Got the error, but the slashes were not stripped.
Thanks ahead of time for your input.
    -Joe

    Hi Joe,

Welcome to the forums. We would need access to your site via FTP to figure out what is causing the problem. It should be a simple fix. If you open a helpdesk ticket we can check it out:
