FedEx Shipping Label

I've been using Squirrelcart for years. During those years I've manually gone to the FedEx.ca site and manually input shipping data. Call me lazy, but I thought about using your shipping integration method with SC.

I like the idea of populating the information directly from the order page! This saves time and errors "retyping" info in. While I've not made a mistake, any process that saves time and makes my life easier is well worth investing in.

Currently, I am getting a few error messages.

Can you review the screen captures below and let me know what the error messages mean.

Basically, the image in the web browser is broken (not there). I suspect the image the browser is looking for is the png image sent from FedEx.

It looks like it may be failing to write the label image file to your server. Check permissions on sc_images/ship_labels and make sure they are set to 777. If that doesn't work, open a helpdesk ticket and I can check it out.

Weird... I don't have a ship_labels directory with sc_images...

Perhaps I did not copy something over correctly... let me investigate...

Just created a ship_lables directory and changed permissions to 777.

Not sure if this was the right thing to do.

Will open a help desk ticket...
