FedEx & Canada Post Servers Down?

Jamie,

Just had three orders come in (great)... but not had shipping... is there something or SOMEWAY to know if the servers were down while the order was placed? Is there a gremlin in my store?

It has happened over a few days... Any ideas?

I just placed a test order myself, and I now get a message "shipping defaults to --- for this order"... different... never had that before?

If you would like us to check this out, your best bet is a helpdesk ticket.

If you want to try to diagnose the problem, I would recommend looking at one of the problem orders, adding the same items to the cart, entering the same address they entered, and see if you get shipping rates. You can also do that with diagnostics mode turned on to see if you are getting any errors for your rate requests.
