International shipping

How do I tell squirrel cart it must use FedEx International Economy Freight for all orders outside the US? It's automatically selecting Fedex Home Delivery for products going to Canada, and charging $250 less that it actually costs me to ship these huge boxes.

Strange thing is, the order is defaulting to fedex home delivery, which I don't even have enabled...???

We offer all rates that are available for the shipping methods you have enabled. If you have FedEx International Economy Freight and aren't getting rates for that service, it is most likely because the shipment does not qualify for that shipping service. Freight services require a pretty high minimum weight limit. What is the weight of the order?

As for it defaulting to Home Delivery when you don't have it enabled, I'd need access to your site via a helpdesk ticket to determine the cause, along with the information being used to make the rate request (items in the cart and address info).
