In the upcoming version 3.4.0, we've added two VAT improvements:

1. Prices are now shown inclusive of VAT by default, on product pages, checkout, and after the order is completed. If a customer is exempt from VAT or in a country that does not require they be charged VAT, they will see prices before VAT.

2. It is possible to turn VAT for shipping on and off.
