It looks like since version 3, order based discount info is not being shown at the bottom of orders. While this is partly a bug fix, we've also added some improvements to how discount info is appearing:
The discount info for line items now appears for each item. The discount info for the order itself also appears at the bottom. Discount record numbers are shown to help you find the corresponding discount record in the control panel if needed.
When viewing orders in the control panel, the discount record number links to the actual discount record.
