URL to display a single post in a news section

I would like to provide a URL that would link back to my site news section and display a particular post (not all the posts that I have set to display in the section). Is this possible? Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes. For this example:

News Post record:
record_number: 14
Name: "Another Story"
Date posted: April 10th 2010....

URLs are as follows...

If you are using our SEO URLs feature, the URL will be like this:
http://www.example.com/store.php/new...another-story/

If you are using our SEO URLs (advanced) feature, the URL will be:
http://www.example.com/news/2009/04/10/another-story/

If you are using query string URLs, the URL will be:
http://www.example.com/store.php?news=14
