    Left Nav & Bread Crumbs Behavior for a category nested inside 2 parent categories

    When category 'C' is nested within categories 'A' and 'B', and 'C' is navigated via the left nav block 'B' -> 'C', when 'C' displays in the content window the bread crumbs and bolded-nav selection display as though the navigation was 'A' -> 'C'.

    Is this an error or is this how the system was designed to show navigation when one category has two or more parent categories?

    It was designed that way. We may change it in the future. To do so, we would need to track every click made by the customer regardless of how many subcategories a product is nested within.
