Affiliate Program

Hi, An affiliate program was at an "ongoing development stage" back in 2004 and was going to be implemented in a "future" update. I don't want to sound impatient (6 years later), but did it ever happen? Did I miss it? Just curious as I would sooner give the Squirrelcart Developers my cash rather than a 3rd party. Any ideas if the affiliate program will surface and be available.

The affiliate code we were working on was ancient, for version 1.x. We have since scrapped it and it wouldn't be compatible with version 3. We will be offering an affiliate module in the future, but I have no definite plans on when that will happen.
