We just put an add-on to add support for the eSelect Plus (USA) payment gateway. The add-on will work for Squirrelcart v3.0.0 - 3.1.3. It will be built into the next release.
eSelect Plus is a payment gateway offered by Moneris. We've supported their Canadian gateway for 5 years now. This adds support for their US based gateway.
