Fatal error: Call to undefined function sc_db_connect()

Ok So i just purchased this and I go through the steps to install.

After I added the DB information etc.

I get a screen that says

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sc_db_connect() in /home1/urbanrog/public_html/store/sc_install/install.php on line 222

Not sure what I did wrong.

Any help is appreciated

Sounds like a missing file:
squirrelcart/functions/common/mysql/sc_db_connect.func.php

Ok this is odd.

I can upload Every file to the server.

But When I try to upload that small file. it hangs and keewps logging off the FTP. argggggggggg

That's certainly not normal. I'd recommend contacting your web host.
