Customers Unable to upload custom images after upgrade to v3.1.2

Having upgraded to v3.1.2 the Upload Image feature on our customizable items feature is not allowing customers to upload images. When trying to add the product to cart with an image it continues to request Option "Dog's Image" is required! This is very frustrating. Is there a glitch with the latest upgrade? I have the sc_date folder's permissions set to 777 and all of it's subcatagories. Any help would be appreciated as I have run out of hair to pull out. Our custom item page can be found at:

    Thanks

Have you applied all bug fixes for your version yet? If not, you should do that first before trying to troubleshoot a problem:

This has been resolved in the next release. To fix in versions 3.1.2 and 3.1.1 upload the attached file to the following folder:

    squirrelcart/functions/storefront/common/catalog_viewing/
The sc_product.func.php had a bug. All's well now
