Upgrade Question

Hello SC,
I find myself needing to upgrade Squirrelcart to V3 because of the PayFlo Pro changes. I know that these changes are not yet implemented, but I need to be able to apply them when they are (before Sept 1st). I will be purchasing the Pro package.

My questions are : 1) What is the process I will need to follow to upgrade from version 2.2.3?, 2) Am I going to lose any information besides the CSS customizations I have done? and 3) Does the free install also include an upgrade troubleshooting?

You should not lose any data. Version 2x template changes are not compatible with v3 so you will lose those.

3) Does the free install also include an upgrade troubleshooting?

Just to be clear, Squirrelcart PRO comes with 1 free installation. It does not include a free upgrade service. Squirrelcart PRO comes with 120 days of support which includes troubleshooting any problems you encounter, and assisting with any questions you may have. If you are changing your license from Squirrelcart to Squirrelcart PRO you get the difference in support:
