Adding new font choice

Is there a way to add new a font choice in font options when editing content?

We didn't write the editor that is used for that, which is FCKEditor. You can find some info on this on their site:

You can find the setting they refer to on line #176 of squirrelcart/lib/fckeditor/fckconfig.js

Keep in mind you should only add fonts that are available on all (or most) computers, which is a very small list.
