Anamalous Order

Had a wierd order yesterday.
I only stock one-of-a-kind items. All stock levels set to "1".
A customer was able to place an order for two of the same item.
The item was not marked for individual packaging but Squirrelcart put them in separate packages anyway.
Cannot reproduce.Log track did not look right on investigation.
Can SC be affected if the customer has "cookies' turned off?
Version 2.6.3 SC in use.

No idea what would cause that. We'd need to reproduce it to troubleshoot it.

Squirrelcart works fine with cookies on or off.

I've had this happen on several occasions as well, and have found 1 way it happens,

If i add more it is fine, if i add 2 of 1 it is fine as well

(not sure if you looking at it will be able to find the issue to help the original poster though
