Downloads a real headache!

Hi there

I've installed the downloads module and added a download and a section. I've created a downloadable product but nothing shows up in the download area no matter what I do.

I've been through the manuals, read some of the forums and triple checked everything but nothing is visible in the download area no matter what I do. I've tried it with and without rules as well.

I'm really frustrated.

Any suggestions on what I might be missing?

It sounds like you don't have the rules on your Download Section and/or the Download record setup properly, and are not meeting whatever requirements you designated via those rules. Without access to your site, its impossible to tell why it's not working.
