Broken images on payment page when only one payment method enabled

I made it so I have no shipping enabled. While going through the order process, I got to the Order Summary page. At the top, it says:

Shipping defaults to None ($0.00) for this order. Click "Place Order" below to complete your order.

At the bottom of the page is says:

Click the button below to pay via Check or Money Order but there is no button. It just shows the text "Submit Query". Does this have anything to do with me using no shipping and using Check or Money Order for payment, or is this something that needs to be fixed?

Where you see "Submit Query", you should be seeing a "Place Order" button. It sounds like you might be missing that image file. If you open a Helpdesk ticket we can check it out.

This is a bug. It's only present when only a single payment method is enabled. In addition to the Place Order button being broken (missing src), the header image that should read Final Payment is also missing.

To fix:
1. Upload the attached file to squirrelcart/functions/storefront/common/checking_out/

2.Rename:
squirrelcart/themes/squirrelcart/images/header_images_final_payment.png
to:
header_final_payment.png

I downloaded the new version and this fix is not in it. I still see the submit query text instead of the button. I downloaded the file in this post and uploaded it to the server and it still don't work. Any ideas??

That's not the case. Your problem may be caused by something else. The only way we can determine that is with access to your site via a helpdesk ticket.

The file in this thread is only for v3.0.0 beta 1, and v3.0.0 beta 2. Unless you are running either of those unsupported beta versions you should not have used this file, and it may cause other problems as a result.
