I'm getting piled under with orders! poor me
A lady called me and asked if I got her "Special Instructions" for her order.
I went straight to my email and started fumbling around, and couldn't find the "Special Instructions"
I'm sweating!
I found the place in the cart where the special instructions get logged. What I was wondering is if there is a way to add the special instructions the the customers auto confirmation emails (so they feel safe) and to the admin "You got another order!" emails (so I feel safe)?
