Postage Rates without login

We have been monitoring our traffic for some time on our web site and notice that a lot of people are interested in the postage cost BEFORE they enter all their details. We have manu user accounts created without real names (ie Name a a addres: a etc) so they can just enter their postcode and therefore get a postage estimate.

Is it possible to have someone just enter their postcode in a separate module and get an estimate of postage. (we only use Australia Post)...
