A reviewer's nick name and location are stored separately from their reviews. When you have moderation enabled and approve a review, it is supposed to automatically approve the nickname and location of the reviewer.
This bug causes the nickname and location to not be approved unless the customer checks the field on the reviewer to receive moderation updates.
This has been resolved in the next release. To fix in versions 1.0.2 and prior, upload the attached file to squirrelcart/modules/review .
