    I Received NO invoice, no order in the cart Only Pay Pal Notification?????

    Hi Jaime,
    Just had an order this morning, I got a Pay Pal notice but no email and no invoice, the cart has NO record of this order. I just called the client to find out what she ordered because PP doesn't tell you only the total. What happened, obviously this is a huge problem??? She uploaded a photo, it isn't there either, and checked out as a guest, didn't register for an account, there is zero record of her order at all. I just had an order last week that checked out exactly the same way and it went through fine. This really worries me, what would cause this???

    What happened, obviously this is a huge problem???
    That's impossible to tell without access to your website via a helpdesk ticket.

    I just had an order last week that checked out exactly the same way and it went through fine. This really worries me, what would cause this???

    Auto Return and IPN need to be enabled and setup properly.
