Customer email rejected - contained underscore.

I recieved an email from a sore customer becase they tried to submit an order and they were refused.
Here is what she hollered to me.

I AM TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE AUTUMN WINDCHIME WEDDING FAVORS. YOUR FORM WILL NOT ACCEPT MY E-MAIL ADDRESS. IT SAYS IT IS INVALID. I CAN ASSURE YOU I HAVE HAD THIS SAME E-MAQIL FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS. PLEASE REPLY

Could it be becase the email has an underscore?

No. The email address fields on all forms in Squirrelcart will accept all valid email addresses.
