richtext intstalled but not functioning

I installed richetxt editor back in Feb2006 thinking/hoping a mac version would be available soon. Gave up on that and now have a hybrid mac and want to run richtext from the windows platform with Explorer. Richtext is installed, next to news in the scart module folder but does not seem to be working. Is there something that needs to be switched on or is the old richtext outdated now?

It does not come up in the modules drop down.

I am running Scart version 2.4.2

It does not come up in the modules drop down.

If it's not appearing under "Modules > Information", then it's not installed properly. The only way we could determine the cause of that is via a helpdesk ticket.
