Hello All!

I have a question. I added a new navigation block (settings,themes,navigation block). What do i do next to add content to the new block? I'm trying to list all my manufacturers to this block but don't know how. I already have a "catergories" nav, but i want to also have another nav underneath "categories" that list by manufacturer. Any feedback/help would be greatly appreciated!
