It would be much better if you can ship from the order page without going into edit mode. In edit mode, you cannot see the product options. I only open the order when i'm confirming that i'm shipping the correct product, so edit mode is absolutely useless for me. It would save a whole step or more...
We use fedex to ship. All of a sudden today, when customers get to step 3 of the checkout process, the screen offers no shipping options and they can't complete the purchase. Nothing has changed. Maybe fedex realtime rates are down?
