Hi When a customer finishes their order, how do we customize the receipt so that it can say "Keep this receipt for income tax purposes". For the outgoing letters that confirm shipping, etc - how can we customize those? I can't find them anywhere - but I know they get sent out automatically...

I would like to show the News Nav Block in the right side column but ONLY if no other nav blocks are there. In other words, display the News block until some other nav block (Preview, ETC.) is called. Seem to be in a mental block here. Need input. Phil Tucson

If you click on the category in left menu and then see the subcategories, how do I make the subcategories as images? I used to use the Thumbnail_Image for it, but I am using this to show buttons in the menu.
