Shipping Weights

Ok I have one more question... I need to account for the weight of the shipping box so that I'm not losing money on shipping. Is there a way to add those ounces to all orders?

Hi Melissa,

There is no way to pad the weight, unfortunately. We will be adding this in the future. To get it accurate, you would need to add it into your product's weight.

Will it be in the next update? There is no way for me to add it to my products because I sell paper which is less than 1 oz per sheet, but an added box is 8 oz... so you see I do need a padding to make the real time shipping work for me. I'll manage as I have been the past years, but I was just curious.
