Hi Everyone,

We made some cosmetic and functional changes to our site in conjunction with the release of v1.2.0. Going forward, customers who place new orders will receive 90 days of support. For those of you who purchased prior to this change, you will still receive a year of support. This is all explained on our new support page (http://squirrelcart.com/support.php). From there, you can login and see your support status, order info, and all other support related information.

In order to post to the Squirrelcart sections of this forum, you need to be a licensed customer. If you are a licensed customer, you can now control your access to these sections via the support page. You will first need to register for an account in the forums. Then, login on the support page, and add your forum account email address to your support profile. We realize that many of you are supporting a client that has purchased the cart, or have more than one person at your business that needs to support your installation. For this reason, you can add up to 3 different forum accounts to your support profile, and they will all be able to post to the Squirrelcart sections of the forum.
