I'd like to apologize to everyone for our lack of availability lately. We've been experiencing connection issues since the end of last week and it's been difficult for us to get online for more than a minute or two.

Please be patient as these issues are resolved. We know that some of you have unanswered requests and we're trying to respond to them as fast as we can. We'll be working through the support issues first, and will then respond to the non-support requests (i.e. quotes or requests for information).
