processing problems

im using ver 1.1.0 and iTransact gateway

when a transaction is submitted is says the card was declined

this happens with a test name (a funtion of iTransact) or with a real card

i have it set for secure form post which should work and tried with non-secure form post also, neither one works

any ideas?

Hi,

If you tried it with non secure form post, than the credit card information was gathered on their site. Because of this, the decline had to come from them, and should have nothing to do with the cart.

Declines can be made for lots of reasons besides lack of funds. It could be due to an AVS setting, or misconfiguration on your merchant account. What I suggest is that you contact iTransact, and ask them to check those transactions, and tell you why they were declined.
