Hi. I've noticed a few instances of overlapping elements on sites using SquirrelCart. Here are screengrabs-

In SC demo store:

Granted these oddities appear in Mac IE (5.2.1), but are fine in my Mozilla browser. Just wondering if there's any fix for this.

Hi,

I have noticed that issue before, but do not remember if it is resolved in the upcoming version or not. I will test with my iBook and let you know.

It actually is going to be 1.2, and although we don't have a definite ETA, it should be within the next couple of weeks.

Very cool. Will 1.2 be considered a Minor Version (read: free) upgrade? If so, would it be better for me to just wait for 1.2, rather than installing 1.1.0 and having to deal with installing an upgrade and whatever associated issues coming with that?

1.2 will be considered a minor version upgrade. It's entirely up to you whether you should wait or not. Customizing the cart does take a bit of getting used to. If you are on a schedule, than I would say go for it now, customize it, and then upgrade. You won't lose your customizations.

If you are not on a schedule, you may want to wait.
