payment processing error

I am getting an error similar to what someone else posted.
At first the error read that my account was invalid or that the login in was incorrect.
So I tried using my account name and password rather than the transaction key which I thought was safer.
Now I am still getting errors, they vary each time.

We're sorry, but our payment processor has returned an error, and cannot process this transaction.


Specific error returned: Unavailable

Any suggestions or should I open an ticket??

Hi,

It should work using either your password OR transaction key.

First thing I would try if you haven't already is to replace your squirrelcart/payment_gateways/authorizenet.php file with the one from this post:

http://www.ldev.com/forums/showthread.php?t=694&highlight=authorize.net

There were some problems when it was initially released, and you may not have the latest.

After you do that, let us know if you get the same error or not.
