As some of you know, we had some odd issues yesterday in both our forums and help desk. The majority of these issues were email based (32000+ emails in one inbox), however we also had a few forum access issues.
We believe that most of the issues have been resolved, however if you're still having an issue with either the help desk or the forums, please email us at support@ldev.net, or sales@ldev.net if you have problems with the support@ account.
If you have purchased Squirrelcart, but do not have access to the Squirrelcart Support section in the forums (i.e. you only see the "Pre-Sales Questions" category) please email us at sales@ldev.net with your forum username and Squirrelcart order number.
