Does this sound like the same problem?

This looks like the same problem, but the solution provided does not fix the problem.
All of my courier's are enabled, and I disabled my shipping rules... still the same error.
I am not trying anything fancy... no real time stuff

OK. I would suggest you try one more thing. Please look at your ENABLED rules very carefully, and make sure at least one will apply for any situation. This may be happening because you do not have a rule that fits the particular order you are placing. If you find that this is not the case, then please open a ticket with our helpdesk, and include the following:
1. link to this post for reference
2. cart URL
3. cart admin account and password
4. FTP account and password
5. exact items you are entering into the cart (please provide record_numbers) if possible
Thanks,
Jamie

Jamie,
I did what you said and opened a ticket with all of the info, and have not received a response in 2 days?

Your ticket was responded to, and closed. You may not have gotten the email. We were having some strange email related helpdesk problems, and it may have caused it. I will go in, and get the response to you.
Thanks,
Jamie

Hi,
If you login to the helpdesk, and click "CLOSED TICKETS" at the top, you should be able to get to the ticket. We are testing the helpdesk now to ensure the emails are being properly sent again.
Thanks,
Jamie
