minimun product orders

Hi all
I would like to put a restriction on ordering a particular product(s)This would require the customer to order a minimum number of a particular product. Any good ideas how to do this?

If you're looking for additional comments, I would also like to see this happen. For now, I'll have to add some code myself to get this to work.
