Blank Shipping Pageon Checkout

Hello All,

I am using version 1.1, I have been going crazy trying to figure out what is causng this. I am not sure if there is a bug in the program. It apears if the weight for a product is 0 the cart will not get past the shipping page on checkout. Itthere a fix for this or a way to make the default value 1 pound instead of 0. From reading the posts it appeared as though the bug was fixed in version 1.1 but for some reason it was not fixed in the download I got.

Hi Scott,

This was not fixed in v1.1.0. While it is a bug, it is a result of the shipping rules not making sense. You have to have at least 1 rule that applies to the order. If you do not have a rule to handle items that do not have a weight, the cart does not know what to calculate for shipping. Your best bet is to have at least 1 rule set to apply when the number of items in the cart is greater than or equal to 1. That rule will apply regardless of the weight of the items.
