product image problems

When I try to put in my product images, it says

getimagesize: Read error!

What's wrong?

Hi Tim,

Are you still having this problem? It is difficult to say what is causing it. If you send the following in via a helpdesk ticket, we can take a look at it:

FTP username and password
URL to cart
Admin username and password for cart

Try changing the name of the filename that you're uploading to something really simple like test.gif or test.png or test.jpg (or whatever type of file you got). I write some code once in awhile and a lot of times I'll get that error if I use a funky filname that includes weird characters. Just an idea.
