window.php template

i want to use the window.php template i made in a menu for another site, i tried including the file in the area where i want my menu box and i have gaps in the box. I know this isn't directly to do with squirrelcart but after the great help i received i wondered if you could give me a hand with this as it uses window.php temple file.
