Unauthorized Hosts

The following message has been sent to me from a customer:

I would like to purchase three products but they will not add to
cart. Please tell me how to get these products.
The error is
> Error: Access denied. Attempting to post form data from an unautherized host!

Is this a function of Squirrel Cart or specific to the user?
